Hard starts or a poorly running engine are just a few signs that your ride’s stator is shot. If ignored, your stator ignition relay coil can eventually stop functioning and prevent your ride from starting at all.
Our 8-coil magneto stator unleashes the serious driving power of your moped, ATV, or scooter.
With its 8-coil and 5-wire design, this ignition relay coil is compatible with 50cc, 60cc, 80cc, and 100cc 139QMB GYB 4-stroke engines. It is compatible and may be installed on most ATV, scooter, or moped brands including TaoTao, Buyang, Coolsport, Kazuma, Sunl, JCL, or NST.
Unlike other stators that are prone to heating and damage, ours uses enameled wire and copper winding to protect against heat. Our relay coil’s iron core is made of silicon steel sheets, which make way for good magnetic permeability and increased power generation. The copper contacts on the connectors stay tightly attached and will not easily loosen.
With its 8-coil construction, our stator relay coil is suitable for 50cc, 60cc, 80cc, or 100cc scooters and mopeds with a GY6 4-stroke engine.

Using the puller, remove the magneto stator cover and the magnet cylinder. |
Remove the old coil, replace with the new one, and install the trigger . If the colors of the wire are the same, plug in the connector. If they are inconsistent, adjust the wires position to be suitable and then plug in the connector. |
We use high-temperature, flame-retardant wire for better insulation and increased tensile strength. The copper contacts on the connectors fit tightly and won’t easily loosen. |
